Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic made from the combination of propylene monomers. It is waterproof and resistant to moisture absorption, making it ideal for use in a wide variety of packaging materials, include packaging for consumer products. Also used for plastic parts for the automotive industry, plastic machinery parts and equipment, and as a fibre in textiles.
